Where can I find ISP schematics of P89LPC932 ?

Dear all,
I want to use Flashmagic to program my P89LPC932.
But I can't get Keil MCB900 programmer.
Where can I find ISP schematics that I can DIY ?
Honestly speaking, I've downloaded the schematics of MCB900 from Keil website.
But some of ICs in the circuit are not bought easily, beyond the programmer,other functions are not necessary, either....
Similarly, I can hardly acquire ICs like SA57000 & P87LPC760 in application Note No.AN10221 of Philips, are there any substitute ?

http://www.keil.com/lpc/me900.chm contains schematic of the mcb900.
For programming you can leave out the LED driver section, the 3V VDD can be obtained from 5V PC ( Harddisk power connector e.g.) over a green LED
( Uf ~2V ).  
Many RS232 ports can be served with TTL level ( the rs232 spec is designed for long cables with signal loss) , with some luck it also works with the 3V from LPC's TXD. the RXD Pin you should clip to VSS/VDD with resistor and 2 diodes to vdd/Gnd. This could save you the max563.

And a quad NAND should be really no problem...

 but you need - of course - the "firmware" in your 932 to communicate over rs232 and "talk" with flashmagic. The device that came with MCB900 has this in its highest progmem sector ( and the bootvect directing to it ). But this sector is secured, and the code would be of poor use ( how would you program your 932 w/o ?)

RS232 data is bi-polar.... +3 TO +12 volts indicates an "ON or 0-state (SPACE) condition" while A -3 to -12 volts indicates an "OFF" 1-state (MARK) condition.... Modern computer equipment ignores the negative level and accepts a zero voltage level as the "OFF" state. In fact, the "ON" state may be achieved with lesser positive potential. This means circuits powered by 5 VDC are capable of driving RS232 circuits directly, however, the overall range that the RS232 signal may be transmitted/received may be dramatically reduced.

Not "are" but "may be"
Also the LPC is a 3.3V device.

If you had followed various fora for a while, you would have seen posts "I can not communicate with my new PC" that all resulted in "why do I have to use a RS232 chip now, I know it works without, I tested it with my old PC"

Standards are there to be followed, not to be ignored

By the way, what if you connect directly to a device that is standard and put -12V on the Rx pin?
