LPC2103 failed to autobaud - step1

Hi,

i use Flash Magic Version 5.12.1675.

My problem is, that i get a warning " failed to autobaud - step1".

STEP1
Device: LPC 2103
COM Port: 16
Baud Rate: 115200
Inteface: NONE(ISP)
Osc.:14.7456 MHz

Advaned Option
-> Hardware Config.
I  see only ISP and not the Pin (P0.14)   -> correct? 


Can somebody help me?

 The DTR/RTS setting depends on your hardware. Or you can place the device into ISP mode manually. Check the manual for your hardware to determine which method to use. Use a scope to check that the conditions are being met at the device pins for ISP entry.
