938 cheaper than 932

Hello,
I've found that at my reseller P89PLC938 are cheaper than 932A. How can it be possible? Is the 938 fully compatible with 932? Or it lacks something?

I do not know about the '38, but at DigiKey the '35 is $0.02 more than the '32.  Thus I use the '35 and have found nothing that would make me look at "does the '32 have it?"
