Hi,

I'm new to Flash Magic. I'm trying to use the FM tool as a terminal to send SMS to cell phones via a GSM modem. I used the typical AT command: AT+CMGS="cell phone no" and then at the > prompt typed in CTRL Z, by pressing the control key whle typing z. This is what the examples on the web state. However, as in MS Word, this resulted in 'undo' last entry! I tried to enter ^Z from the keyboard. No use. I tried /^Z and /CTRL + Z (as above). No use. How do I get out of the text entry mode and send the sms from flash magic's terminal. I am using windows 7, which does not have the hyperterminal.

Can anyone suggest code in FM or C# for the same. Thanks in advance.

The terminal in Flash Magic is intended for communicating with simple command line interfaces in a microcontroller or for communicating directly with the bootloader. It does not support all the features of a full terminal application. I would suggest you try something like PuTTY or a commercial solution.
